Refund and Exchange Policy
Theatre Off The Square has partnered with Ludus Protect to provide "ticket insurance" which will allow you to apply for a refund of your ticket purchase for a variety of unforeseen circumstances. You have the option to purchase this insurance at checkout on this website. See terms and conditions for more details: https://hello.ludus.com/ludus-protect. This surcharge goes to Ludus - not to TOTS. This is the only way to guarantee a refund for a qualifying reason. If you choose to purchase this optional insurance, you will receive instructions via email detailing how to apply for your refund. Purchases made over the phone or in-person at the TOTS box office are not eligible for this insurance. Insurance is only available for individual ticket purchases, not flex packages.
TOTS will proactively offer refunds if an event is cancelled or postponed. Requests for refunds for any circumstances not described in this policy will be evaluated on a case by case basis, and are not guaranteed to be granted.
Before requesting a refund, please consider exchanging your ticket(s) for a different date or show, or transferring your ticket(s) to a friend. To request an exchange, please email boxoffice@theatreoffthesquare.org.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Theatre Off The Square).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
